Tasks will include, but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling patients, checking patients in/out, taking co-pays/payments, patient recall, phone appointment confirmations, and scanning documents.
Individual must be able to remain calm and professional at all times, and be able to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
Must be an excellent team worker, have professional appearance, and have competent computer skills.
Cell phone use during business hours is not permitted.
We are willing to train motivated individuals.
Must have reliable transportation.
